Craig graduated from Harriton High School in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania in 1968. He attended Quinnipiac College in Hamden, Connecticut. Later he pursued a degree in accounting at Villanova University in Villanova, PA. Along with Craig’s experience as a CPA on The Main Line, he also pursued a GRI and became a Graduate of Realtor Institute in 1992.

Over the years, Craig has been a longstanding resident of Lower Merion Township. He involved himself in a myriad of organizations and community service establishments that have helped Pennsylvania grow in a positive way.

Whitney Sims Reality LLC in Bryn Mawr, PA, is the first African American-owned and operated real estate company on The Main Line in Pennsylvania. Craig is proudly both a real estate broker and a tax consultant for the business.

When Craig is not sifting through stacks of tax returns in his office, he enjoys spending time with this family, cycling through local parks, fishing the great rivers and lakes of PA, traveling and reading up on the latest accounting news and real estate trends throughout the United States.
